Sign My Box @ Songfight
"Sign My Box" by Melvin, via Songfight How does one describe Songfight? I guess it's the musician's equivalent of the fight cage in Mad Max:Beyond Thunderdome - in the sense that X number of writers enter, and only one will emerge victorious. And sometimes, it's also not pretty. Every week, a phrase or subject is posted and each writer has roughly seven days to write a song around that theme. Melvin's song, although IMHO the hands-down winner, was the runner up in this particular contest. No less, I think it seserves a few minutes in your ears. Another gem comes to you via FutureProducers - a fun creation titled "Freeze! Rock!" (warning: slow server). I predict this will earworm its way into some world-dominating Flash video featuring....ohhh, I dunno....badgers maybe... You can probably dance like a badger to this song.
